Return eligibility
Items can be returned within a specified period (e.g. 7–30 days from delivery) if they are unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
How to initiate a return
Log in to your account, go to Profile → My Orders, select the order, and follow the “Return” option. You will receive instructions and a return label or pickup arrangement.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
