When refunds apply
Refunds are issued for eligible returns (unused items in original condition), cancelled orders before shipment, or in case of defective or wrong items. Cash-on-delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Refund process
After we receive your return and verify the product, we will process the refund to your original payment method. This may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial refunds
In cases of partial refunds (e.g. discount for damaged item), the amount will be credited as per our decision and communicated to you.
