Cancellation by you
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Log in to your account, go to Profile → My Orders, select the order, and use the “Cancel order” option. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it; you can refuse delivery or return the product as per our Returns policy.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment was already taken.
Refund after cancellation
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
